Project Cycle

Our goal is to transition top-performing Nexgen Ballers into elite professional football environments abroad. To achieve this, we conduct regular scouting missions across various towns and regions, identifying exceptional talent with the potential to compete at the highest levels. Once selected, players undergo structured development and club integration—like the current group of 9 Nexgen Ballers placed at Bafmeng United, a Division 2 team in Cameroon’s Northwest Region. These players gain competitive experience and maturity within the club’s ranks. When ready, we leverage our strategic partnerships with international clubs, agents, and scouts to present these athletes for trials, signings, and long-term placements in top-tier professional football leagues across the globe.
