Scouting and recruitment
We actively scout talent through a variety of channels to ensure we discover and nurture the best athletes across the continent:

Player Onboarding Process
Once a player is identified, we follow a structured onboarding process to ensure clarity, support, and readiness:
- Initial Assessment & Interview: We evaluate the player’s skills, goals, and background.
- Representation Agreement: A formal contract is signed outlining our responsibilities and the player’s rights.
- Career Planning Session: We develop a personalized career roadmap, including short-term goals and long-term aspirations.
- Documentation & Compliance: We assist with necessary paperwork, including eligibility, transfers, and regulatory compliance.
- Activation of Services: The player begins receiving full representation services, including contract negotiation, placement opportunities, and brand development.
