NextGen Ballers project

The Nexgen Ballers Project is our premier youth development program focused on grooming Africa’s top football talent. We begin by scouting and selecting high-potential players—currently 24 in total. These athletes undergo intensive training and mentorship to sharpen their skills and prepare for professional standards. To accelerate their growth, 9 players are being placed with Bafmeng United, a Division 2 club in Cameroon’s Northwest Region, where they’ll gain match experience and mature within a competitive environment. Once ready, we present them to international clubs and agents through strategic partnerships, facilitating their transition into top-tier professional football abroad. This cycle ensures a structured, impactful journey from grassroots to global stage.
