📍 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM | Monday–Thursday

💰 Pay: $19–$22/hr (based on experience)

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

• Assemble and inspect precision catheter components
• Perform reflow, visual inspection, and final packaging
• Use microscopes, tweezers, and fine hand tools
• Complete detailed manual processes like braiding and stretching
• Cross‑train across multiple product lines
• Collaborate with R&D, Engineers, and Technicians

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 6 months–1 year of medical or small‑part assembly experience (catheters a plus)
• Comfortable working with microscopes and fine hand tools
• Strong hand dexterity and attention to detail
• Basic computer skills and eagerness to learn

📍 Important Location Note

Must be comfortable transitioning to the Maplewood location in June/July 2026 .

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brooklyn Park, MN.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
