The NextGen Ballers Project is a visionary five-year initiative by Noble Football Agency aimed at transforming grassroots football talent in Cameroon into professional athletes. Focused on underserved regions like the Northwest, Southwest, and Adamawa, the project provides structured development pathways for young players aged 12–21.

To create a sustainable pipeline that nurtures Cameroon’s brightest football talents, empowers their families, and bridges the gap between local dreams and global opportunities.

  • Identify and enroll 50 players annually (35 males, 15 females)
